He’d spent the previous eight years running crews for a regional builder in South Florida, and he’d seen every version of the bait-and-switch: the “discovered” water damage, the change order that wasn’t, the crew that vanished when the punch list came out. He founded Haven Standard Holdings to acquire and operate local construction brands under one administrative discipline - Clause 1 is the written price before work starts, Clause 2 is the signed change order before anything changes, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise is printed on every page, not hidden behind an asterisk. Grant still reviews the photo records from every Pompano Beach job personally.
