What goes wrong fast is forcing a standard 24-inch deep replacement cabinet into a Boxabl frame that settled out of square during transport, or cutting countertop material without accounting for the steel wall edge clearance. The steel frame carries electrical conduit in the kitchen wall channel; drill without checking and you’re into 120V.

We don’t recommend DIY countertop removal on Boxabl units.
